Saturday night I saw Haydn in a whole new role - Queen Elizabeth in Shakespeare’s Richard III. She was just as amazing as ever! The show is at BAM until March 4, so all you NY fans: go see her! Kevin Spacey was an awesome Richard and the modern-day touches were really cool.
I can’t really explain it…..but for now, let’s say this was a weekend of many laughs, many tears, and endless memories. See ya —
The last couple of days have been jam packed. BETM’s cast, alumni and present, collaborated on a rendition of Elton John’s “Don’t Let the Sun Go Down on Me” for the 23rd annual Gypsy of the Year. It was a lot of fun and it was great to see everyone again and perform together one last time!
