I can’t really explain it…..but for now, let’s say this was a weekend of many laughs, many tears, and endless memories. See ya —
The last couple of days have been jam packed. BETM’s cast, alumni and present, collaborated on a rendition of Elton John’s “Don’t Let the Sun Go Down on Me” for the 23rd annual Gypsy of the Year. It was a lot of fun and it was great to see everyone again and perform together one last time!
It was like old times again. Kiril, David and I spent the day together: getting fitted for costumes, interviewing, rehearsing and finding places to eat near the Imperial Theatre. After the 4 current Billys did a group tap number at the curtain call, the three of us did a short piece (ballet, acro). It was great fun -as was the celebration at Sardi’s!
