After the July 4th matinee, i was officially on vacation until July 14. I started off with a terrific family bbq and watching the fireworks.  Then i spent the week catching up with old friends and getting in time at the pool and the beach. Lastly, I went upstate to my grandparent’s farm in Greenwich, NY along with my cousin Wes and Ian, my best Irish Dance bud. Besides catching frogs and salamanders in the pond, swimming and running around, we also took in a musical at the Fort Salem Theatre called “Corn!”.  It was Grandma’s idea and I admit, the 3 of us were a bit skeptical at first, but it turned out it was really good! Home-grown entertainment…and no kidding, several of the performers were Actors Equity!
