Sunday dinner is a tradition with my family. When nobody feels like cooking (usually my grandma cooks; at 83, she is amazing!) we all go to The Nook, my Uncle Tommy’s restaurant in Wantagh. Last night Alex Ko, a Billy-in-training, joined us and he enjoyed a great meal. I tipped him off on the dessert: Oreo Cookie pie. We went for a late night swim and showed my cousins some of the exercises Billys have to do. You can see the photos below. Maggie, my youngest cousin (2), brought us some popcorn and tried to copy us!
